| They're having a winter-fest in cedarburg with people doing ice sculptures for competition... a pirate-themed breakfast and get-together... some other things too. We just did the breakfast. She went to the parade earlier that day. Kinda' cold for that sorta' thing. They had a Characature artist at the breakfast. She was good.

| **no i didn't get pulled over** "Two fast for conditions". What decides this? When you get in an accident, they can throw this at you. If you do the speed limit on a slippery road, can they cite you with this? A speed that is too fast for conditions is going to vary person to person. I can keep control of my vehicle on a slippery surface at a speed that's higher than most people are comforable with on dry pavement. Sure, if I wipe out, I was going too fast for conditions... (or at least the drive wheels were going too fast). |
